You and your little brother are watching your dad clean his pistol. The phone rings and
dad sets the gun on the table and goes to answer the phone. Your little brother is
being a brat and socks you in the nose. You get mad, pick up your dad's gun, and point
it at your little brother...just to scare him. You know it's not loaded because your dad
was just cleaning it.

So when you know a gun isn't loaded, it's okay to point it at your brother and pretend
to shoot him.
